MONDAY
CLASS TIMES: 5:30am & 9:15am
EXCEL ELITE: 3:30-6:30pm (warm-ups starting every 20 minutes through 5:30pm)
TUESDAY
CLASS TIMES: 5:30am & 11:30am (express)
EXCEL: 5:30-6:30pm
WEDNESDAY
CLASS TIMES: 5:30am & 9:15am
